Hej, hej. Po słodkiej primowej truskawkowej kolekcji przyszła pora na Art Journalowy wpis. Do jego zrobienie użyłam kolekcji „Journal” od Stamperii.

Hey hey. After the sweet strawberry Prima collection, it's time for an Art Journal entry. To make it, I used the "Journal" collection from Stamperia.

Na samym początku przygotowałam tło, dlatego niezbędne było użycie gesso - tutaj akurat użyłam przeźroczystego od Finnabair. Zależało mi na tym by nie stracić cudnego koloru kartek papieru z mojego journala. Bezbarwne gesso jest idealne do zabezpieczenie powierzchni, zwłaszcza gdy zależy nam na zatrzymaniu koloru pod spodem.

At the very beginning I prepared the background using gesso  - this time I used the clear one from Finnabair. I didn’t want to lose the wonderful color of the sheets of paper from my journal. Clear gesso is perfect for surface protection, especially when we want to keep the color underneath.

Mgiełkę Distress w kolorze vintage photo rozprowadziłam nierównomiernie na kartce. Dzięki temu, że strona była zabezpieczona gessem, nic nie przeciekło mi na kolejne kartki. Nadmiar ściągnęłam ręcznikiem papierowym, delikatnie dotykając. Następnie przykleiłam kawałki podartej strony z książki. Z arkusza z bloczka Stamperii wycięłam dwa kwadraty z kompozycją, a na nie białą serwetkę. Piękny zegar stał się centrum mojej kompozycji. Oglądając papiery zauważyłam, że gdzieniegdzie znajduje się coś w rodzaju gazy, dlatego sięgnęłam do apteczki i przykleiłam kilka kawałków na klej scrapbookingowy. Całość uzupełniłam w odbitki stempelków, używając naprzemian brązowego i czarnego tuszu.

I spread the Distress mist in the vintage photo color unevenly on my page. Because of the gesso underneath, nothing leaked to the next pages. Then I glued the pieces of the page torn out of the book. From the sheet from the Stamperia block I cut two squares with the composition, and glued a white napkin on them. A beautiful clock has become the center of my composition. While looking at the papers, I noticed that there was something like cheesecloth everywhere, so I reached into the first aid kit and glued a few pieces on scrapbooking glue. I completed the whole thing with stamp prints, using brown and black ink.
