Hej! Dziś praca inspirowana moodboardem. Kiedy tworzyłam dla Was tę inspirację za oknem padał deszcz i świat otuliły kolory jesieni. Mój nastrój i wszechobecna aura tamtego dnia zaowocowały homedecorem, który powstał na bazie HDF w kształcie gruszki.

Hey, today's artwork was inspired by our moodboard. When I created this inspiration for you, it was raining outside the window and the world was enveloped in the colors of autumn. My mood and the ever-present aura that day resulted in a homedecor, which was created on a pear-shaped HDF base.

Do jego pokolorowania użyłam tuszy distress oxide. Zależało mi na uzyskaniu ‘brudnego’ odcienia tuszy, dlatego nałożyłam je na bazę pokrytą przezroczystym gesso. Na zdjęciu poniżej możecie zobaczyć jak ten sam tusz wygląda na kartce kraft i na takiej, którą pokryłam białym gesso. 

I used distress oxide inks to color it. I wanted to achieve a 'dirty' shade of the inks, so I applied them to a base covered with transparent gesso. In the photo below you can see how the same ink looks on a kraft card and on one that I covered with white gesso.



Bardzo podoba mi się to, że jeden produkt daje tak wiele różnych możliwości. Tusz distress oxide w swoim składzie zawiera tusz pigmentowy i dzięki temu jego kolor jest widoczny na różnych kolorach baz. To, co szczególnie w nim lubię to jego kredowe i nieprzezroczyste wykończenie. Distressy łatwo wchodzą w reakcję z wodą i w ten sposób możemy uzyskać przeróżne efekty. 

I really like the fact that one product gives so many different possibilities. Distress oxide ink contains pigment ink in its formulation and thus its color is visible on different base colors. What I particularly like about it is its chalky and opaque finish. Distress easily reacts with water and thus we can get various effects.

Plastry miodu w tle i pszczoły to elementy z wykrojnika, liście paproci to odlewy z żywicy, a okno i napis to elementy HDF. Do przyklejenia tak różnych struktur najlepiej sprawdza się heavy body gel.

Jestem ciekawa czy podoba Wam się mój decor – dajcie koniecznie znać. 

The honeycombs in the background and the bees are die-cut elements, the fern leaves are resin casts, and the window and the lettering are HDF elements. For gluing such different structures, heavy body gel works best.
