Ostatnio opowiedziałam Wam jak stworzyć efekt patyny, a dziś pora na rdzę.

Mój nowy projekt jest oblany rdzą, którą stworzyłam moimi ulubionymi farbami Liquid Acrylic.

Recently I told you how to create a patina effect, today it's time for rust.

My new project is covered with rust, which I created with my favorite Liquid Acrylic paints.

Tabliczkę z hdf pomalowałam czarnym gesso i położyłam pastę strukturalną - użyłam Fiber pasty od Pentart, a po wyschnięciu pomalowałam farbami Liquid w kolorach Burnt Sienna, Carmine i Ink Black. Następnie użyłam atomizera z wodą, aby pięknie rozpłynęły się teksturze. Kolejnym krokiem było ułożenie kompozycji z trybików Mitform, oraz odlewów z żywicy z foremek Finnabair i prawdziwej żarówki. Metale wcześniej pomalowałam białym gesso a odlewy czarnym. Dodałam też dodatkową teksturę pastą piaskową i ponownie użyłam farb Liquid Acrylic, a na koniec dodałam metaliczne woski w kolorach Brushed Iron oraz dwa najnowsze z kolekcji Finnabair Red Flame i Honey.

I painted the HDF board with black gesso and applied structural paste, I used Fiber paste from Pentart, and after drying, I painted it with Liquid paints in the colors Burnt Sienna, Carmine and Ink Black. Then I used an atomizer with water to make the texture flow beautifully. The next step was to create a composition using Mitform cogs, resin castings from Finnabair molds and a real light bulb. I had previously painted the metals with white gesso and the castings with black. I also added additional texture with sand paste and used Liquid Acrylic paints again, finally adding metallic waxes in Brushed Iron colors and the two newest ones from the Finnabair Red Flame and Honey collections.
